Marquee is a local business directory. We help you discover food, coffee, and lifestyle spots and provide information such as hours, prices, and contact details. Marquee is not a party to any transaction between you and a listed shop — we don't process orders, reservations, or payments on a shop's behalf.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.
Shop hours, prices, menus, and other details are self-reported by shop owners and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings current, but we don't guarantee their accuracy. Always confirm important details (like whether a shop is open) directly with the shop before visiting.
You may leave star ratings and written tips about shops you've visited. By submitting content, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and grant Marquee a license to display it on the platform. We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any submission that violates our content standards — including spam, harassment, false claims, or content unrelated to the shop.
Features like Favorites, Visit Later, and the sticker/rewards program are provided for your convenience and have no cash value. We may change, pause, or discontinue these features at any time.

Marquee links to or integrates with third-party services (such as Google Maps, Facebook, and Instagram for shop socials). We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.
Marquee is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any shop information is complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marquee is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or your visit to, or transaction with, any listed shop.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Marquee after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Davao City.
